RSSRemote Assistance
Web 8 Studios now offers Remote Support for all its clients to assist with any technical or administrative tasks. This service is provided free of charge and as a convenience to you.
The technology used for this is the VNC protocol. A simple application temporarily installs itself on your computer and then tries to connect to our servers where we will be listening to incoming connections. You're in total control and can disconnect the connection at any time. Upon closing the connection the application completely removes itself from your system automatically.
